Delete Your Account

Account and data deletion request

If you would like to delete your HiveSense account and all associated data, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us. We will process your request within 14 days.

What Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your account information (email address, display name)
  • All cloud-synced beekeeping data (apiaries, hives, inspections, treatments, harvests, tasks)
  • Photos and voice notes stored in cloud storage
  • Organization memberships and shared data you own
  • Subscription information (your subscription will be cancelled)

What Will NOT Be Deleted

  • Data stored locally on your device — HiveSense stores data in an on-device database. To remove local data, uninstall the app from your device.
  • Anonymous crash reports — Aggregated, non-identifying crash data collected by Firebase Crashlytics cannot be associated with your account.

Processing Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 14 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
